Metaphormic Dreams

Through fictional landscapes and creatures, Thaïs Busnel explores what could be the narrative of a world of symbiotic interactions and respect for the living. These mindscapes are a sensible sanctuary in which there is room to imagine and perceive an alternative way to relate to the world and to one another. The visions act as vessels for transformation, serpentine thinking, diversity and acceptance. This universe and its creatures exist in a multiplicity of bodies. They travel between the digital realm, the material world and the memory. Materialising visions into tangible experience, the journey blurs the line between reality and dream, the physical and the virtual, the hand-made and the digital.
