Ma’ayan Pesach dug into a particularly inspiring story from Food for Thought about a meat-filled pea soup. Following the leads from the story, she entered the world of the meat industry and found herself amazed about the actual basis of our daily meal. This dinner set makes us wonder about those origins: waste items such as bones,
hair and skin are integrated into the archetypal tableware.
